Clinton Lawsuit Benghazi

Robert (Bob) Bianchi, Esq., and Lis Wiehl, Esq., discuss with host Jon Scott Fox News Happening Now the lawsuit filed by the families of fallen US citizens at Benghazi against Hillary Clinton.

The lawsuit claims that Hillary Clintons negligence (and possible breach of security for her use of a private email server) caused these deaths.  Also, these families are suing her for defamation of their character after Secretary Clinton denied their allegations.

Both Bianchi and Wiehl (as many other conservative legal commentators) agree that the claims in this lawsuit will fail from a legal perspective.  It is an interesting discussion and we hope you have the time to watch Bianchi and Wiehl debate this topic.
