Bob Bianchi On The Story with Erica Hill to talk about the United Airlines employee forcing passengers to place their dog in the overhead bin. The dog died, and United Airlines took “full responsibility.”

They can’t bring the dog back, they can replace the value of the “property,” but they can’t do anything about the emotional stress placed on the owners.
