Robert (Bob) Bianchi, Esq., joined co-guest Lis Wiehl, Esq., and host Eric Shawn to discuss the legal twists and turns of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey, who were convicted of a brutal murder and whose case was profiled on the hit show by #Netflix entitled #MakingaMurderer.

We discussed the reversal of Dassey’s conviction after a court ruled that his confession was taken in violation of his constitutional rights. Now, the interesting legal issue is whether that ruling in Dassey’s case will affect Avery’s conviction since the prosecution used Dassey’s confession at Avery’s trial. What are your thoughts?
