NJ Priest Accused of Pointing Gun at Boy

It was great to be on NJ 101.5 with friend and host, Bill Spadea.  This is another interesting case that deals with prosecutorial discretion.  A NJ priest apparently kidding around pointed an antique musket gun at a kid.

Should the priest face the 18 months mandatory criminal charges in New Jersey State Prison for this gun/weapons offense when he was joking around and no one was hurt?
