An Arizona grandmother is suing her city after she was arrested while giving out hot meals to the homeless at a local park earlier this year. 

Norma Thornton, 78, was arrested in March by Bullhead City police for violating a city ordinance just after she’d finished serving food to the needy in Bullhead City Community Park.
