Former head county prosecutor and Bianchi law group partner, Robert Bianchi hosts this episode of Law and Crime with guests Karen Felecia Nance, and Brian Buckmire. They discuss the fatal shooting by Alec Baldwin on the Movie set, “Rust”. Potential charges could be filed as a multitude of safety issues were found to be present on the set including prior misfires and 500 live rounds of ammunition on location. In the case of Markeith Loyd, he is pleading not guilty by reason of insanity which required a questioning of the jurors. Jury selection continues in the death of Ahmaud Arbery and is down to 17 for the day as one on one jury questions recommence until 64 are selected.
