Fox News Night Court: Praise Protests

Bob Bianchi appeared on Fox News Night Court to discuss the latest developments in cities that are experiencing “praise protests” where worshippers are looking to have their desire to reconvene in houses of worship heard by leaders.

While there may very well be a double standard applied in the enforcement of these situations when you compare other large gatherings that are occurring in the same cities, Bianchi points out a simple fact: some jurisdictions have rules regarding permissions to gather in large numbers and these religious organizations are violating those laws.

In Nevada, where Bianchi says discrimination against religious organizations did take place, casinos were allowed 50% capacity while churches were allowed a flat 50 entrances regardless of capacity. In this situation, however, the same rules apply to all gatherings, the question is whether enforcement is fair and equal.
