Connecticut has filed a lawsuit accusing Reynolds Consumer Products of illegally marketing trash bags as #recycling bags, even though the bags themselves cannot be recycled.

Bob Bianchi explains the stream of commerce laws, and disclaimers companies put on their products stating ‘this product is not suitable in your state’. State rights of Connecticut do not allow such bags to contaminate their recycling systems.
