My experience with Bianchi Law Group is that they give 100% of their resources toward your case. The attorney assigned to my complaint, Tricia Margolis was compassionate, professional and called on the expertise of the other partners at Bianchi as needed. I felt as if I not only had Ms. Margolis defending me, but the whole Bianchi team. I could reach my counsel at all hours, 7 days a week. It was a relief to know if I had a question or needed to know the status of my case, Tricia was there for me. Every motion which my attorney made was withheld by the court. This is just an example of the due diligence this firm does pretrial to get all the facts straight and preempt any possible miscarriage of justice on your behalf. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case. Any anxiety I felt was totally relieved. I look forward to using Bianchi in the future if the need arises.

The Bianchi Law Group is a stellar organization and is capable of doing things many other law firms in Jersey can’t begin to achieve. I had the pleasure of working with Maura Lynch and Christopher Eaton. They are a fantastic team. Christopher Eaton is everything you could ever want from a criminal attorney. He will ensure you understand the proceedings and charges against you. He has an excellent bedside manner with his clients and will exhaust every possible avenue as he defends you from prosecution. He will wither down even the most serious of charges. Trust his process. He knows when to negotiate and he knows when to take the gloves off and fight.
