A former elevator operator at Tesla’s flagship California assembly plant on Tuesday rejected a $15 million award in his lawsuit alleging racial abuse by coworkers, opening the door for a new trial after a judge slashed a $137 million jury verdict.

In a very statutory case as per Bob Bianchi, Federal Law either states that a 60-day notice must be given or it does not, case rests on this matter, both politicians and lawmakers can mend pain points for employees in the future.
