David J. Bruno Esq. looks into charges against Geoffrey Paschel. On Oct 7, Geoffrey was found guilty of aggravated kidnapping, domestic violence, and interference with an emergency call for a past dispute involving ex-fiancée Kristen Wilson in June 2019. 

Paschel claims he was not the aggressor and injuries were self-inflicted by  Kristen Wilson. He reportedly faces a sentence of 12 to 20 years in prison with no possibility for parole.
