The mother of a 10-year-old girl alleged to have died after attempting a viral social media challenge last December has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against #TikTok and its parent company, ByteDance.

Bob Bianchi, Esq. joins host Stephanie Hamill to explain the argument within the lawsuit, namely TikTok is knowingly pushing specific content to minors via its algorithm without the knowledge of the parents or bypassing children’s caregivers.
