What are The Bianchi Law Group Community Affairs Outreach Programs?
The Bianchi Law Group Community Affairs Outreach Program had its genesis when Bianchi Law Group Partner, Robert Bianchi, was the Morris County Prosecutor.
The programs have widened to even greater heights due to the influences of Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul Sunday series and the work of Dr. Brene Brown, with whom partners Robert Bianchi and David Bruno trained with in San Antonio, Texas with Brene’s Daring Way Program.
Nominated by the Governor of New Jersey with the consent of the entire New Jersey State Senate, becoming the head County Prosecutor provided to Mr. Bianchi a tremendous platform to do outreach to the community in addition to his full work schedule, working nights and weekends with his staff to improve the community with innovative programming. It was a tremendous success.
The team at The Bianchi Law Group is proud to continue to offer these programs free of charge. “Paying forward” the skills, wisdom, help, and experiences we have been blessed to ourselves receive from others is the greatest gift we can give to others in return for what has been given to us.
With some civic groups, The Bianchi Law Group also likes to partner with local food charities. While taking no compensation for our lectures, we sometimes ask that the audience contributes by bringing a non-perishable food item to the lecture to help feed the poor and needy.
We welcome your interest in any of the programs we offer below, or if you are in need of a program specifically designed for your needs.
Domestic Violence Outreach Program:
There is a strong connection between family law matters and New Jersey criminal law matters. As former New Jersey prosecutors, defense attorneys, and Certified Criminal Trial Attorneys, we have seen many instances where family law issues wind up becoming criminal matters.
The Joyful Journey Program:
This is a signature program of The Bianchi Law Group’s Community Affairs Outreach Program and we are very proud that it is one that we are often asked to provide.
Addiction Program:
The Bianchi Law group attorneys recognize that most of our clients come to us addicted and suffering. Often times, these addictions were the cause of their legal troubles. Now, their legal troubles have compounded the difficulties they were already confronting in the journey of their lives.
Police Practices Program:
The Bianchi Law Group, LLC’s., Community Affairs Outreach Program lectures and trains persons from the law enforcement community, civil rights groups, the education community, and public on these very important topics.
Criminal Justice Program:
Criminal justice issues are complex and involve multiple disciplines. Few have the experience that The Bianchi Law Group’s Criminal Justice Program’s attorneys and law enforcement professionals have achieved.
Prosecutor’s Perspective:
The Bianchi Law Group’s Community Affairs Outreach Program extends to multiple media outlets that need explanation and context into the criminal justice system, especially from the perspective of the prosecution.
Career Development Workshop Program:
This program is designed specifically for college students interested in a career as an Attorney or para-legal professional. Working with area colleges this 6-week intensive program immerses students interested in legal careers with critical knowledge and contacts from experts in the legal profession.
Mental Health Program:
Robert Bianchi started Morris County’s first Mental Health Court when he was the head County Prosecutor. It was his belief that rather than merely “warehousing” low-level criminal conduct that did not threaten society, that there was a better way to deal with the mental health issues that in reality were the issues that needed to be addressed. Hence, instead of wasting precious taxpayer dollars, then Prosecutor Bianchi started the Mental Health Court.
