2019 FAMILY LAW RETREAT – ARUBA

This week, the Bianchi Law Group will be sponsoring the 2019 New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Retreat in Aruba. It’s the Bianchi Law Group’s 4th consecutive year sponsoring the Retreat attended by New Jersey family law attorneys and their families.

Presentation: Domestic Violence Case Law Update

At the retreat, Bianchi Law Group partners Bob Bianchi and David Bruno will be presenting a Domestic Violence case law update.

Focus on Domestic Violence and Criminal Defense

Our firm primarily focuses on cases related to domestic violence and criminal defense. Both partners Robert Bianchi and David Bruno are former prosecutors who prosecuted a wide range of cases including domestic violence matters. Within our domestic violence practice, our firm’s niche is related to restraining order hearings both for the alleged victim and the accused. In addition, our firm takes on cases related to criminal defense, which also includes domestic violence crimes and offenses. Lastly, our firm handles forfeiture hearings for weapons seized from domestic violence incidents.

Certified Criminal Trial Attorneys and Trusted by the Media

Robert Bianchi and David Bruno are both certified along with only 250 other attorneys as certified criminal trial attorneys by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Additionally, they both regularly appear as national legal analysts to comment and debate on major new networks such as Fox News, CNN, HLN, MSNBC, Fox Business, among others.
