Ronald Holder Jr. is charged with murder in the March 31, 2019 shooting death of rapper Nipsey Hussle that left two other men injured in front of the musician’s clothing store in South Los Angeles.

The defense attorney acknowledged Holder killed the musician but says it was a crime that occurred in the “heat of passion”….without thinking and “acted without premeditation”. 

David Bruno, Esq. shows that expert testimony would greatly help the jury to understand the severity of threats against the defendant. Also, before the murder occurred, Holder left and returned after 9 minutes which could be seen as a premeditated act, weakening the Defense’s argument.
