The Bianchi Law Group’s Criminal Justice Program
Criminal justice issues are complex and involve multiple disciplines. Few have the experience that The Bianchi Law Group’s Criminal Justice Program’s attorneys and law enforcement professionals have achieved.
Our Criminal Justice Program is a dynamic program given by extremely competent, respected subject matter experts. We lecture on a multitude of topic, after consulting with the group that has asked us to come and present to them.
While the lectures they provide suit many audiences, most lectures involve:
- How prosecutors and defense attorneys interact, what are the rules of engagement, and interesting cases they have prosecuted and defended;
- How police interact with prosecutors, judges, and the entire criminal justice system;
- Examples of issues we confronted when we ran the prosecutor’s office and insights that very few have knowledge about;
- Explaining how the system works, and answering questions of interest that few ever get the chance to learn, from our lecturers that were intimately involved in all policy-making decisions when prosecutors;
- Community Affairs and the importance of community relations;
- Best practices for internal affairs;
- Practical tips for running and administering large agencies, with multiple disciplines;
- From investigation, arrest, to trial, practical experiences of interest to the audience;
