Jury Deliberations in Kyle Rittenhouse Case Trial Enter Day 2
Former head county prosecutor and Bianchi law group partner, Robert Bianchi with host Shaun Kraisman and guest Emma Rechenberg discuss the Rittenhouse trial. Closing arguments are expected. Bob says the prosecution gave the jury a lower charge because they knew the self-defense claim may not hold. They hope the wiggle room would allow the jury to compromise somewhere in the middle of guilty and not guilty. Rittenhouse could be facing a range of punishments from life to 12.5 years behind bars.
