The Bianchi Law Group Community Affairs Outreach Program has its genesis when Bianchi Law Group Partner, Robert Bianchi, was the Morris County Prosecutor.

Becoming Prosecutor provided to Mr. Bianchi a tremendous platform to do outreach to the community in addition to his full work schedule, working nights and weekends to improve the community with innovative programming.

He and his Chief, William Schievella, embarked upon a Community Affairs program that was to become a great success in the community. With volunteers from the Prosecutor’s office they provided lectures, seminars, and discussions on crime related issues, target hardening the community with information to prevent persons from becoming victims of crime, and how to navigate the sufferings in life like addiction, mental health issues, emotional disturbances, and a host of topics to better all of our lives.

Numerous programs at all levels of education; training students and parents; to all faith based communities; police organizations; attorneys; and the business community, was many times a 7 day a week project. Programs on internet safety, prevention of all manner of frauds, protecting children, seniors, and other vulnerable citizen populations was impressive. Mr. Bianchi and his team were frequently requested to give lectures tailored to a groups on specific needs and topics relevant to their community. Robert Bianchi and David Bruno attended, trained, and instructed to tens of thousands of people in the over 5 year term of Robert Bianchi’s appointment as Prosecutor through this incredible community outreach program while they served as prosecutors.

At The Bianchi Law Group, partners Robert Bianchi and David Bruno are very committed to continuing with programs that help others. For example, they have even attended and trained with renowned New York Times best-selling author Brene Brown, PhD., who runs the Daring Way Program for mental health and addiction professionals. They were the only practicing attorneys in this group. This training further demonstrates our commitment to spot addiction and mental health issues of our clients and to steer them to mental health and addiction service providers that The Bianchi Law Group has extensive contacts with.

The Bianchi Law Group Community Affairs Program continues with these and other programs that continue to be a huge success as we often lecture on these topics. It is the philosophy of our Firm that giving back to the community is key, and it is an honor to continue to do just that.
