On June 1, 2017, Bianchi Law Group partner David Bruno appeared on Fox Business Network’s FBN:AM with co-hosts Lauren Simonetti and Cheryl Casone and Former US Army Intelligence Officer Andrew Peel.

Together, we discussed the news that Former FBI Director James Comey has agreed to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee and has met with Russian Interference Special Counsel Robert Mueller to deconflict his testimony.

Additionally, we discussed the development that the House Intelligence Committee issued 7 subpoenas related to Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, Michael Cohen, Former National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Former US Ambassador to the UN Samantha Power, and Former CIA Director John Brennan. These subpoenas showed a clear political division within the committee.   The minority democrats are focused on the Russian interference investigation and the majority republicans are responsive for the subpoenas relating to the possible unmasking of Trump campaign officials captured on foreign wire intercepts and the leaking of that information to the press.
